10 more days and richard will be in vienna for a cool visit. matt and i are very excited and are planning on cleaning the flat real good so we leave a good impression j/k. richard will most probably need another vacation after this vacation because we have loads to do: we will go to the opera (the nutcracker), to carinthia to ski, to ostirol to ski and attend a wedding (plus newyears), spend a couple days in vienna and fly off to paris. sounds like a pretty damn good vacation, huh? i think so too.
noch 10 tage und dann wird endlich richard (unser trauzeuge aus den usa) zu besuch kommen. wir sind schon ganz aufgeregt und haben einen plan, wann und wie wir die wohnung noch auf hochglanz bringen, bevor er kommt, damit wir einen guten eindruck hinterlassen (naja, das war jetzt nicht so ernst gemeint...). richard wird vermutlich einen urlaub vom urlaub brauchen, weil wir eine unmenge vorhaben: wir haben tickets für die oper (nussknacker), fahren nach kärnten zum skifahren, fahren nach osttirol zum skifahren, hochzeit und silvester, bleiben ein paar tage in wien und jetten dann nach paris. klingt nach einem ziemlich coolen urlaub, oder? ich finde auch.

With all the super fun activities and traveling planned . . . I will not have time to worry about how well you cleaned. In fact, you don't even have to bother with chocolates on the pillow like we agreed in the original boarding contract. (did you forget I live on a farm?? . . . a trip to the Reisenrad would be exciting!).
