yesterday us girls were discussing what we would like to have but are too cheap to buy... here is the short list (we were just 4 girls) of what each of us would like to have but don't want to spend the money on:
- an egg-timer
- a cookie box
- an aroma sealing box for coffee
i just think it's funny we are hesitating to buy things that are really just a few euros.
do you have anything cheap you would like to have but you are too cheap to buy?
gestern haben wir mädls diskutiert, was wir gerne hätten, wir aber zu geizig sind, es zu kaufen... hier ist die (zugegebenermaßen kurze, wir waren auch nur zu viert...) liste, was wir gerne hätten, die euros dafür aber nicht aus der hand geben wollen:
- eine eieruhr
- eine keksdose
- eine aromadose für kaffee
ich finde es einfach lustig, dass wir manchmal mit so kleinen anschaffungen so kleinlich sind und das wenige geld dafür nicht ausgeben wollen...
habt ihr etwas billiges, was ihr haben wollt, aber zu geizig seid, es zu kaufen?

a nice potato peeler. I have one of those flimsy ones that I paid 99 cents for. you think i could afford to buy a nicer one - - but refuse.
als studentin war ich eine zeitlang zu geizig, mir ein nudelsieb zu kaufen.
until recently i could have said a new usb stick, but i finally gave in and bought one at hofer on monday.
