weakness - schwäche

i have to admit i have a weakness for nail polish. i know it sounds funny, because you hardly ever see my finger nails in color (though my toes :)) but whenever i go to müller or dm or bipa (all equivalents for walgreens) i can hardly ever just walk by the nail polish section. i always stand in front of it like a little kid in front of candy (with the difference that i can afford my "candy"). i recently found out that müller carries "alessandro" nail polish. thank god i didn't find out before, otherwise the fridge would dominate nail polish instead of food (i keep my nail polishes in the fridge because supposedly the polish stays "fresher" for longer that way... who knows, but it's easy access and it's nice in the summer plus the husband hasn't complained about it yet, lol). so today i lined up my nail polishes and made a picture... yea, i have five different shades of green nail polish. don't even ask me how that happened - they are all different though ;). don't get me wrong, i still throw away old nail polish every once in awhile, but the collection keeps growing :) oh, and since i'm an expert now (kind of) i can tell you there are differences in brands. i mean they all work but alessandro and astor (my two favorite brands) work better because you only have to put one layer on.so, 18 colored nail polishes (clear polish not counted :)) and still counting. the collection will never be complete :)

ich muss zugeben, ich hab eine schwäche für färbigen nagellack. das mag für manche von euch jetzt komisch klingen, weil ich selten farbe auf den fingern habe (dafür auf den zehen :)). wann auch immer ich zu müller, bipa oder dm gehe (und dafür gibts immer zeit und immer einen "grund") stehe ich immer vor den regalen mit dem nagellack und sehe bestimmt aus, wie ein kind vor dem zuckerlgeschäft (mit dem unterschied, dass ich mir das "zuckerl" leisten kann, lol). ich hab vor kurzem entdeckt, dass müller "alessandro" nagellack verkauft und ich bin dankbar, dass ich das nicht schon früher rausgefunden habe, sonst würde unser kühlschrank jetzt schon von nagellack dominiert werden anstatt von essen (ich bewahre meine nagellacke alle im kühlschrank auf, weil man sagt, dass so der nagellack länger "frisch" hält... wer weiß, aber jedenfalls ist es im sommer ganz angenehm und der mann hat sich auch noch nicht beschwert). also habe ich heute mal meine nagellacke schön aufgereiht und ein foto gemacht... ja, ich habe fünf verschiedene abstufungen von grünem nagellack. fragt mich bitte nicht, wie das zustande gekommen ist - ich weiß es nicht. aber sie sind alle verschieden :). das arge ist ja, dass ich ab und zu schon alte nagellacke wegwerfe, aber es wird halt trotzdem nicht weniger, sondern mehr. oh ja, und damit dieser post eine sinnvolle botschaft bekommt: es gibt unterschiede in der qualität der marken. meine favoriten sind astor und alessandro, die decken besser, sodass man nur eine schicht auftragen muss. 18 färbige nagellacke... (klarlack nicht mitgerechnet :)) und es wird weitergezählt. die kollektion kann nie komplett sein :)
