brownies & muffins

today maria and martina stopped by to make muffins and brownies with me. it was alot of fun, the girls really did a good job (they did all the work, i just took the pictures). we liked the muffins more, the brownies were a little too plain (they would need some walnuts or some fruits...) but all in all i like the baking mix, always a quick solution to offer for surprise guests. plus you can't mess it up :)heute waren maria und martina bei mir um muffins und brownies zu backen. es war sehr lustig, die mädels haben sich super angestellt (sie haben gebacken und gerührt und ich hab die fotos gemacht). uns haben die muffins im endeffekt besser geschmeckt; die brownies waren zwar auch gut aber ein bisschen fad. walnüsse oder bananen oder sonstwas hätten da noch rein gemusst. aber alles in allem glaube ich, ist es immer gut, eine packung von dem muffinmix im schrank zu haben, weil sie leicht und schnell zu machen sind, falls mal überraschungsgäste kommen und man was aufwarten will. und das beste von allem: es is deppensicher. die gelingen immer :)
