winter & diet

well i have not much to tell but still wanted to let you know i'm still alive ;) the week has been going by kind of slow, it gets more and more difficult to get up in the morning. the winter is just a tad too long now.
the day i started my "diet" my boss showed up with half of a chocolate pastery (can't say no to that one) and my cleaning lady always brings something sweet (never chocolate though ;)) so we can snack on something while having a chat and a coffee... but other than that it is going really well, i have no cravings for chocolate so far, i'm eating a bowl of cereal throughout the work day so i don't get too hungry and it has been working really well for me so far.

ich hab nicht viel zu berichten, wollte nur reporten, dass ich noch lebe :) die woche zieht sich jetzt schon ziemlich. es wird von tag zu tag mühsamer, in der früh aufzustehen; die sonne fehlt halt einfach - der winter ist dieses jahr aber auch ungewöhnlich lange kalt (und dunkel :().
an dem tag, als ich meine "diät" begonnen hab, ist doch glatt mein chef mit einer halben nougattascche aufgetaucht (zumindest war es nur eine halbe :)) und meine putzfee hat natürlich auch etwas süsses mitgebracht (aber nie etwas mit schokolade, also zählt das nicht ;)), dass wir zu kaffee und plausch knabbern können. ansonsten sind mir keine ausrutscher passiert, ich hatte bisher auch keine heißhungerattaken. ich esse brav mein sojamilch-selbstgebasteltes-müsli über den tag verteilt, damit ich keinen heißhunger bekomme und das klappt bisher richtig gut.
