incentive - bonus

when i have a long lunch break and i didn't plan ahead what to do during this time (because the boss hasn't told me beforehand) i get all sorts of crazy ideas. newest one: i have earned myself an incentive :) it is just a small one and the boss really shouldn't say no because he would benefit from it too. i was thinking of getting a subscribtion to a basket of organic fruits once a week. if you remember, i have tried that a couple years ago for at home with vegetables/fruits but that didn't work out so well because they couldn't deliver it to my door. i have done my homework this time - they would be able to deliver it to the office and i wouldn't have to buy fruits the whole time that my boss would end up eating like he bought it himself. isn't that a briliant idea? now i just have to think about how to explain it to him so he would like the idea too. good thing i have a long lunch break today - plenty of time to think about it :)

wenn ich eine lange mittagspause habe und nicht im vorhinein geplant habe, was ich tun könnte (hauptsächlich, weil mir mein chef das nicht vorher gesagt hat) komme ich auf komische gedanken. der gedanke des tages (und ich finde ihn super): ich habe mir einen bonus verdient :) es ist wirklich nur ein kleiner ansporn und der chef würde auch davon profitieren. ich hab mir gedacht, ich hätte gerne wieder das obstkistl vom adama (die haben jetzt nämlich ein neues kistl - das bürokistl - im programm, das würd super passen). wenn ihr euch erinnert, hatte ich das vor ein paar jahren schon mal, aber das hat nicht so gut geklappt, weil sie nicht ins haus/zur wohnungstür konnten (während ich in der arbeit war) um das kistl vor die tür zu stellen. diesmal hab ich meine hausaufgaben gemacht - sie können es mir bis an meinen schreibtisch im büro liefern und ich müsste nicht ständig obst kaufen, dass dann mein chef wie selbstverständlich wegmampft (als hätte er dafür bezahlt!) ist das nicht eine geniale idee? jetzt muss ich mir nur einen schlachtplan zurechtlegen, denn ich hab noch keine ahnung, wie ich meinen chef davon überzeugen kann (natürlich will ich, dass die firma das zahlt :)). gut also, dass ich heute eine lange mittagspause hab :)
