today santa clause came to my office. at 5.04 pm a nice guy from ups came and gave me a big box. i was really excited so i hurried home to open it and guess what - there was a ferrari inside! lol, ok - serious now.
last week i ordered a notebook because mine is 4 years old and after several "injuries" (harddrive, motherboard - and this with a sony vaio!) i didn't know how much longer it would make it.
so today i got the new laptop and i'm really happy with it. i ordered it online from dell because you can configure it the way you want to have it. so i had the chance to pimp my notebook. it's so much faster than my old one.
and yes, it is really yellow. that's why i call it my ferrari (yellow and really fast :))
heute hat der weihnachtsmann bei mir im büro vorbeigeschaut. um 5.04 am nachmittag ist ein netter mann von ups gekommen und hat mir eine große schachtel da gelassen. ich war wirklich aufgeregt. also bin ich schnell heimgefahren und ratet mal - in der schachtel war ein ferrari! lol, ok - jetzt ernsthaft.
ich hab letzte woche ein notebook bestellt weil meines schon 4 jahre alt ist und schon mehrere "verletzungen" hatte (festplatte kaputt, motherboard kaputt - und das bei einem sony vaio!) und ich nicht sicher war, wie lange das notebook noch überleben wird.
und heute hab ich eben den neuen laptop bekommen. ich hab ihn online bei dell bestellt weil man da seine komponenten weitgehend selbst zusammenstellen kann. also haben wir ihn auch ein bissl aufgemotzt. der kleine ferarri ist so viel schneller als mein altes notebook.
und ja, es ist wirklich gelb. deshalb nenn ich es auch ferrari (gelb und schnell :))

She chose many respectable upgrades. Kathi's Ferrari runs about twice as nice as my company notebook setup for software development. Needless to say, I am a bit on the jealous side, but at least she let me touch it once.

@namenlos - i just suggest you choose a more manly color for your own, like gun barrel black or camouflage.
