new years in tirol - silvester in tirol

we celebrated new years with our friends hari and kathi at kathi's parents place in tirol. there was a big party planned with about 60 guests. it was very fun and alot of work for the hosts. thanks to them for a fun and big party - it was awesome.

for our new years wishes one of our friends, thomas, made a homemade hot air balloon where we could write down our wishes for the new year on a post-it and stick it on the balloon. at exactely midnight we let the balloon fly. it flew pretty far - i'm guessing around 10 miles since we couldn't see it anymore in the end (and it didn't fall down - that was not the reason we couldn't see it anymore ;))

i'm hoping that all my wishes will come true... who doesn't.

wir haben silvester bei unseren freunden hari und kathi verbracht in tirol verbracht. kathis eltern haben ne große party organisiert mit ca. 60 gästen (das bedeutet auch viel arbeit und organisationstalent...) es war ne super lustige party - danke an kathi's eltern.

unsere neujahreswünsche haben wir folgendermaßen verewigt: haris freund, thomas, hat einen selbstgebastelten heissluftballon gebaut an dem wir post-its befestigt haben, auf die wir vorher unsere wünsche für 2007 geschrieben haben (mein post-it war ziemlich voll :)) und um genau mitternacht haben wir ihn fliegen lassen. das war echt cool. ich schätze, dass er zumindest 12 km geflogen ist. man hat ihn zum schluss nichtmal mehr gesehen (aber nicht, weil er abgestürzt ist...wohl auch, weil es nacht war ;)) also ich hoffe, dass alle meine wünsche in erfüllung gehen - wer nicht...

das bild oben zeigt unsere gang - mit ihnen sind wir skifahren gegangen und hatten viel spaß.
