as you might know from gerd's blog we got alot of awesome food when we were in carinthia. also we went skiing for a day which was very fun. there are many more stories to tell which i will do later in the week. for now i want to thank elli & gerd for being great hosts.
i just posted two pics of food we got in carinthia. the first is roast beef and the second is kärntnernudeln. it is a typical carinthian dish with cheese and herbs insinde. not an easy or quick dish but very yummy :)
nachdem vermutlich alle von euch gerds blog lesen, wisst ihr, dass uns in kärnten eine kulinarische woche erwartete. wir waren auch skifahren (das war eigenlich nicht wirklich geplant aber wir haben es sehr genossen). natürlich gibt es viele geschichten zu erzählen, aber ich dachte mir, ich fang mal mit dem essen an :) (und ich will matt nichts vorweg nehmen...) wie auch immer, ich möchte mich noch bei elli & gerd bedanken - ihr ward großartige gastgeber.

BOTH look very yummy. Especially the beef. Is that cow from Missouri? Is that orange juice WITH flavor? Or without?
