marmelade

well, weekend is here again :) and what's the plan? mostly cooking honestly. i will meet my husband after work to make a drive to the wine vally, where they grow yummy apricots too to go eat some apricot-dumplings (a dessert) and pick up some apricots for my first batch of apricot jam this season. i'm pretty excited about it :).
tomorrow i will make salsa and in the afternoon will watch the u.s. win the american football chanmpionship (yes, austria hosts that event - didn't know about it? i'm sot surprised... only 8 attending countries so far...). and on sunday we will go see the latest harry potter movie. yea, i'm mostly thrilled about the cooking part that weekend :)

ja, das wochenende ist wieder hier :). und was steht am plan? hauptsächlich kochen, ehrlich gesagt. ich werde meinen mann von der arbeit abholen heute nachmittag und werden dann gemeinsam in die wachau fahren, die ersten marillenknödel der saison verköstigen und eine steige marillen holen und die erste marillenmarmelade dieses jahr machen. ich freu mich schon :). morgen wird salsa gemacht und am nachmittag werden wir die usa anfeuern, damit sie die weltmeisterschaft in american football gewinnen (wie es sich auch gehört!). und am sonntag werden wir den neuesten harry potter film anschaun. naja, ich freu mich hauptsächlich auf die kocherei :)
