the tinkler - der pisser

before benni goes on a road trip with the boss or when i know i will have to leave him alone in the office for a little bit i go for a walk of about 45 minutes to wear him out so hopefully he will be calm and sleepy. i normally walk to a dog zone with him close to the office which has a fenced area and i can unleash the dog and have him play with other dogs. well, he really likes to play fetch which i do sometimes when there are no dogs there (or better no dogs that interest him). so anyway, the other day i was trying to wear him out, playing about 30 minutes of fetch back and forth. he was pretty tired when the boss took him on his road trip. as my boss is on road trips we talk alot on the phone getting things done that way and after an hour into the trip he tells me that benni is awefully antsy... he stopped at the next resting area to let him out. sure enough that little doll had to tinkle. note to myself: when he is playing fetch he forgets to tinkle. i didn't tell the boss, he really doens't need to know that :D
bevor benni längere zeit im auto sitzen muss oder ich weiß, dass ich ihn eine kurze zeit alleine im büro lassen muss gehe ich etwas länger mit ihm raus, um ihn ein bisschen müde zu machen sodass er dann schläft. normalerweise gehe ich mit ihm zu einer eingezäunten hundezone in der nähe vom büro, weil ich ihn da von der leine lassen kann und er mit anderen hunden spielen kann, wenn er denn will. manchmal sind aber keine hunde dort oder es interessieren ihn die hunde nicht, also spiel ich mit ihm stöckchen holen. wie auch immer, letzte woche hab ich 30 minuten stöckchen holen mit ihm gespielt und er war ganz schön fertig als ich ihn dem boss übergeben hab (2 stunden autofahrt sind vor ihm gestanden). wenn mein boss irgendwo hinfährt, telefoniere ich viel mit ihm, um die dinge über diesen weg zu erledigen.. nach einer stunde autofahrt meinte mein boss, dass benni heute ungewöhnlich unruhig sei. er hat an der nächsten raststation halt gemacht und hat ihn raus gelassen. natürlich musste benni pinkeln. merke: wenn benni stöckchen holen spielt, vergisst er aufs pissen. ich habs dem boss natürlich nicht gesagt, das muss er nicht unbedingt wissen :D
