anticipation - vorfreude

i'm excited - we will go on vacation in two weeks already again :) we got the visa from the embassy today (at least one of them, the other one we will get at the border). however, i want to share some pictures of my first safari i took in january 2005, visiting my friend clare. back then i didn't have much money since i was a student and was in belgium the semester before. considering this fact i was very pleased with the pictures i came home with... here are some of the "best of" pictures :)
ich freu mich schon - in zwei wochen gehts wieder in den urlaub :) unser visum ist heute mit der post vom konsulat gekommen, das andere werden wir uns erst dort an der grenze holen. wie auch immer, ich dachte, es wäre nett, wenn ich ein paar fotos von meiner ersten safari im jänner 2005, als ich meine freundin clare besucht habe, mit euch teile. damals hatte ich nicht viel geld, nachdem ich ja studentin war und das semester davor im ausland verbracht hab. wenn man diesen umstand bedenkt, muss ich sagen, bin ich sehr glücklich über die fotos, die ich mit dieser simplen kamera mit heimgebracht habe... hier sind einige meiner lieblingsbilder :)
