sushi

yesterday i made sushi my very first time myself. it looks really good and actually it tasted good too (not too many ingredients in there to mess it up). i have to admit though that cooking rice is not my thing. i have to learn to be more patient (matt will probably laugh right now since that's what he keeps telling me...) i think, i did pretty good for the first time and i'm up for doing it for friends... so - get in line people! ;)
gestern hab ich zum ersten mal selbst sushi gemacht. es schaut echt gut aus und es hat auch gut geschmeckt (na klar, so viel kann man da nicht verkehrt machen..). ich muss allerdings zugeben, dass das reiskochen nicht so meine stärke ist. ich muss noch lernen, mehr geduld zu haben (und matt lacht sich jetzt vermutlich grad kaputt weil das seit jeher immer das ist, was er mir predigt). ich finde, für das erste mal hab ich mich ganz gut angestellt und bin bereit, für freunde sowas zu fabrizieren - also, stellt euch an, leute :)
