addition to the family - familienzuwachs

hell no i wouldn't announce on a blog that i am pregnant!
matt and i went shopping today. to an outlet mall. (yea those things are dangerous - for matt's health...) so however we walked around and looked at different stores (we went there to get me winter boots actually, of course i got those too ;)) and for some reason i am into looking around kitchenware stores. so we also looked around the tefal store (it is pretty new there). i have been eyeing with a steam iron for awhile already (i first used a steaming iron when i was 14 and decided back then that once i was older and rich - haha - i would get an iron like that... and then, i think it was last year around christmas, my sister-in-law really recommended getting one of those irons since she uses those for years already and is really satisfied with them). what have held me back ever since was the price. i have used a "steam iron" (not really, they just call it like that) for years now, and even that was not cheap, but since it has decided to sprinke scale all over the fresh washed laundry i was thinking about getting a new one and did some research. well, long, long story short: today at tefal, they offered on top of to the outlet-sale an additional 20% off everything so... well i got a new steam iron. how awesome is that? i ironed all the laundry already today and now i'm trying to find something to iron again, lol. i can definately recommend the iron (so far... 2 ironing secessions today), it is light, i can iron length- and crosswise and it's steaming like... alot :) matt just said twice already today that he hopes i'm coming back to the year 2009 after ironing (since the steaming is really loud)ja klar, auf meinem blog würde ich verkünden, dass ich schwanger bin... haha! nein, nichtmal annähernd (ihr könnt euch alle wieder beruhigen)!
matt und ich waren heute shoppen. in outletcenter parndorf (da, diese "outlet" geschichten sind wirklich gefährlich für matts gesundheit). naja, also wir spazieren so herum und gehen von einem geschäft ins nächste (ich habe winterstiefel gebraucht, die haben wir auch gefunden :)) und aus welchem grund auch immer haben diese haushaltsgeschäfte eine echte anziehungskraft auf mich. natürlich musste ich auch den tefal-store erkunden (der ist noch ziemlich neu dort). ich wollte schon länger ein dampfbügeleisen (das erste mal hab ich mit einem dampfbügeleisen gebügelt, da war ich 14, und damals hab ich mir gedacht " wenn ich mal alt und reich bin - haha - dann kauf ich mir auch so ein dampfbügeleisen" und dann hat mir meine schwägerin, ich glaube es war letzte weihnachten, von ihrem dampfbügeleisen vorgeschwärmt... sie verwendet das schon seit jahren und ist rundum zufrieden damit). mich hat ehrlich gesagt der preis immer davon abgehalten, eins zu kaufen. und seit mein altes bügeleisen, das übrigens auch nicht ganz billig war (und übrigens auch ein "dampfbügeleisen" ist), kalk auf die frische wäsche schneit und die edelstahlplatte ziemlich schwarz ist, habe ich mich näher mit dem thema beschäftigt und etwas recherchiert... um die lange, lange (äußerst "interessante") geschichte etwas abzukürzen: tefal hatte heute, abgesehen von den outletpreisen -20% auf alles. also bin ich jetzt stolze besitzerin eines echten dampfbügeleisens. es ist gar nicht schwer (so wie das, dass ich vor so vielen jahren benutzt habe, danach hat meine hand immer weh getan...) und echt super zu bedienen (kreuz- und querbügeln kein problem!) also ich kann es unter vorbehalt (weil ich es heute erst 2x benutzt habe) weiterempfehlen. ich suche jetzt schon nach dingen, die ich bügeln könnte ;) matt hat heute schon scherzhaft zu mir gesagt, dass er hofft, dass ich wieder im jahr 2009 lande (vermutlich, weil der dampf so laut zischt?)
