windows - fenster

on weekends - either saturday or sunday - is my big cleaning day of the week. this past week it was sunday and since i was so motivated i decided to clean all the windows (and we have alot of them, trust me) cause the outside had been cleaned by our property management (at least that's what they said. after cleaning the insides the outsides still looked pretty dirty - no idea what they did all week...) and the balcony glass as well - yes, i was really motivated. it was nice weather (but the sun wasn't shining on the windows - that would have been bad for the outcome...) so i was pretty quick with it. but guess what: 30 mins after i cleaned all the windows it started to rain. not just a few drops - it rained for at least an hour straight.... how ridiculous it that??!!

an wochenenden - entweder samstags oder sonntags - ist immer großer putztag. die vergangene woche wars sonntag (also gestern). und weil ich so motiviert war, hab ich beschlossen, die fenster zu putzen (die sind nämlich immer dreckig, weil wir ständig baustelle in der nähe haben und da kann man die fenster auch jede woche putzen und es würde so ausschaun, als hätte man sie ein halbes jahr lang nicht geputzt)... na wie auch immer... ich hab also die fenster geputzt (und wir haben ja bekanntlich einige davon) und die balkonverglasung auch noch dazu (weil die aussenfensterputzer gekommen sind, angeblich...) also wollt ich alles blitzeblank haben.
also, nachdem ich ein braves heinzelmännchen war und alle fenster sauber waren (bis auf die aussenflächen... stellt sich heraus, dass die fensterputzer nicht so fleissig waren.. jedenfalls war alles verdreckt da draußen) hat es 30 mins später zu regnen begonnen. aber nicht nur ein paar tropfen. es hat mindestens eine stunde lang durchgeregnet... arg, oder??!! wenn ich könnte, würd ich mich wo beschweren....
