manner schnitten

matt told me to update my blog (ok, he is right, i was lazy last week), so i decided to talk about that food (with exception of the obligatory salad for lunch) that keeps me in a good mood on a shitty day with the boss :)
manner schnitten are very famous in austria and especially in vienna. manner schnitten are wafers with a hazelnutcream between the layers and they are very sweet (i like sugar :)).
well to be honest the reason why i have that many packs of manner schnitten in the office is cause i sent a package to my friend clare to southafrica cause she loves manner schnitten and dark chocolate. unfortunately the manner schnitten didn't fit in the package anymore (im not kidding here...) so i had to bring them back to the office where they are staying and waiting for me to eat them. im pretty successful.
acutally i wanted to post a pic of the manner schnitten but the batteries on the camera were dead so maybe by the time they are charged there are no manner schnitten anymore :) matt hat mich gebeten, meinen blog upzudaten (ok, er hat recht, ich war letzte woche ziemlich faul mit dem updaten...), also hab ich beschlossen, über das essen zu schreiben, das mich an einem anstrengenden tag bei laune hält (abgesehen vom obligatorischen salat zu mittag).
manner schnitten sind ja sehr bekannt in österreich und vor allem in wien. manner schnitten sind waffeln gefüllt mit haselnusscreme (ich liebe zucker :)).
um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich die manner schnitten für meine freundin clare gekauft, die in südafrika wohnt, die diese dinger total gern hat aber irgendwie haben sie nicht mehr ins "fresspaket" gepasst. also hab ich sie mit ins büro genommen, und ess sie auf...ich bin ziemlich erfolgreich :)
eigentlich wollte ich ja ein bild von den manner schnitten posten, aber die batterien von der kamera waren leer und bis die aufgeladen sind, hab ich vermutlich keine manner schnitten mehr :)
